Mr. Ken Smith, driver safety consultant/specialist and author have over 30 years of experience in driver safety. He is a graduate of Northwestern Traffic Institute, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. Mr. Smith experience includes: Former Driver License Examiner for the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, instructing various law enforcement agencies in traffic analysis and records, designed and implemented the Minnesota Department of Transportation approved Defensive Driver Training Course for Special Transportation Drivers. He has authored numerous driver safety instruction manuals and driver safety news articles. Mr. Smith lives in St. Paul, Minnesota.
